Mash House RV
Our Mash House is a 1 bedroom, 1 ½ bath RV available for 2 guests only.
It sits in a wooded area with access to the private fishing pond
with ample room for your truck and trailer. We have satellite TV.

- Leave your worries at home and relax in secluded privacy…hidden from view. The RV sits off the road on a ridge in the Heath Valley and borders the Ouachita National Forest. It is a short ride to Wolf Pen Gap trails.
- The RV provides all kitchen amenities with dishes/cookware, coffee pot, washer/dryer, bath and bed linens, satellite television, charcoal BBQ grill, and fire pit.
- The private, spring fed pond is stocked with large-mouth bass, blue gill, catfish, and crappie for catch and release fishing.
RV policies:
- Check in is at 3:00 pm/check out is at 11:00am
- You must be 21 or older to rent the RV.
- NO PETS of any type allowed
- NO SMOKING inside the RV
- No swimming in the pond
- Quiet time 10:00-7:00
Discounts:
- 10% discount to Military, Veterans, and Law enforcement. ID verification upon arrival
- 10% discount when you book 5 or more nights
Deposits:
- A 50% deposit is due at time of booking.
Final payment due 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- 21 days notice is required on all cancellations.
Failure to make cancellation within 21 days of arrival will result in loss of deposit. - No early departure refunds
Damages:
- You are responsible for damages caused by your party and you will be billed accordingly
